The box richly detailed with neoclassical figures, scrolls and mask heads in relief. The interior with original blue watermarked silk compartments for papers and envelopes. This box has a working lock and key. The box is signed 'L. Oudry et cie pres Editeurs'. In 1854 Leopold Oudry founded his electrochemical company in Paris. Oudry is known for casting
