Isaac Bowman Port Barrel Finished BourbonThis port finished bourbon and permanent addition to the distillerys line up was modeled after a 2016 limited edition expression named the Worlds Best Bourbon that year. The port is immediately noticeable on the nose, with stewed fruit, earthy and sweet, and subtle spice. Flavors are layered and complex, baked stone fruit, with sweetness that comes off rich while dissipating nicely into oak and warm char on the finish.
